Prices and Policies
Prices for renting the villa are per property and are therefore not affected by the number of people staying. The price is liable to change throughout the year due to seasonal demands. The prices in Dollars and Euros reflect the current exchange rate.

Rental Policy:
Please note all prices were correct at time of publication. We reserve the right to alter the advertised prices. Prices include villa rental with bed linen and towels, electricity, gas and water. They do not include car hire, airport transfers or groceries.
An initial deposit of £250 will be required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the rental period commences, at the same time a refundable deposit of £500 will be taken against any damages to the villa property or its contents. This refundable deposit will be returned to you within 10 days of the end of your rental period.
